Exchanges and Returns
At Mimo Jewels, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within the terms and conditions described below.
Deadline for returns
You have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request the return or exchange of the item(s).
Conditions of acceptance
We accept exchanges or returns only if:

The items are new, with no signs of use

If they keep the original packaging and all labels intact

They are not personalized or made-to-order products
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned , except if they have a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
The initial shipping cost is non-refundable , except in cases of error on our part or defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another item or model, please indicate which one in the order email. The exchange is subject to stock availability.
